Cold-Pressed Juice Cleanses

A juice cleanse replaces your usual meals with cold pressed juices for a set number of days. It gives your digestion a break while you keep taking in vitamins, minerals and hydration from fresh fruit and vegetables.

On a Presscription cleanse you drink six bottles a day: five cold pressed juices and one almond drink. Every bottle is made to order in our North London kitchen, cold pressed the morning it goes out, never heat treated, never made from concentrate and with no added sugar. Our cleanses are designed by nutritionists, so each day balances greens, roots and citrus rather than relying on sweet fruit juice.

Allergens: our juices are produced in a facility that handles nuts and celery.

If this is your first juice cleanse, start with 3 days. It is long enough to feel the benefit and short enough to fit around a normal week. Once you know how your body responds, you can move up to a longer cleanse.

• 1 day juice cleanse: a quick reset, or a first taste of cleansing.
• 2 day juice cleanse: ideal over a weekend.
• 3 day juice cleanse: our recommended starting point if you are new to cleansing.
• 5 day juice cleanse: a deeper reset once you have cleansed before.
• 7 day juice cleanse: for experienced cleansers with a quieter week ahead.

Our cleanses are not suitable for under 18s or anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you have a medical condition or take medication, please speak to your GP first.

You will get the most from your cleanse if the juices are all you have, so we recommend sticking to your six bottles each day and spacing them evenly from morning to evening. Most people find this keeps hunger in check.

Alongside your juices you can drink as much water as you like, plus herbal tea or warm water with lemon. Try to avoid fizzy drinks and alcohol, and cut back on caffeine in the days before you start. If you would like an extra bottle to hand, you can add individual juices to your order.

If you feel light-headed or genuinely need to eat, do not push through. A small portion of raw vegetables or a light salad is a gentle way to stay on track. For more tips, read our guides to preparing for a juice cleanse, getting through your cleanse and breaking your cleanse.

Your juices are pressed to order and delivered in time for the start date you choose.

• London: Sunday to Thursday, after 7pm on the evening before your start date.
• Rest of the UK: Tuesday to Friday, before 10:30am on the morning of your start date.

Three days from delivery, kept in the fridge. Our juices are cold pressed, raw and unpasteurised. Unlike most supermarket juices they are never heat treated, so they will not last like a shop bought juice.

Store them in the fridge as soon as they arrive and keep them cold between sips. Give each bottle a shake before drinking, as natural separation is normal in fresh juice. We use a hydraulic press, which introduces very little air into the juice, so it holds its fresh taste across those three days.
