Our fresh juices are pressed to order every day, from scratch, and sent straight out to you. In London we deliver in the evening, the night before your chosen date, so your cold-pressed juices are in the fridge ready for the morning; everywhere else in the UK, your order arrives by 10:30am. Build a box once, or set it on repeat and skip or cancel any time.

Every recipe is designed by our nutritionist, Grace Kingswell, and made mostly from vegetables (about 80% veg to fruit). Because nothing is heat treated, each bottle keeps for about three days in the fridge, so order what you will drink that week.

What is cold-pressed juice?

Most juice bars use centrifugal juicers, which shred fruit and vegetables with a fast-spinning blade that warms the juice and whips air into it. Cold-pressed juice is made differently: the produce is crushed first, then slowly squeezed in a hydraulic press, with no heat. We press every bottle to order and never pasteurise it, so what you drink is as close to freshly pressed as it gets. Read more on why cold-pressed is best.

Fresh juice vs supermarket juice

Many juices on supermarket shelves are pasteurised (heated) or high-pressure processed (HPP) so they can last for weeks. Ours are neither. Each bottle is cold-pressed with no heat, never pasteurised, bottled in glass rather than plastic, and built around vegetables rather than mostly fruit. The trade-off is a short, honest shelf life of about three days, which is why we only press what has been ordered.

How to choose your juices

• Shots: 30ml ginger, turmeric and kefir shots, small enough to drink on the way out of the door.
• Mylks: handmade nut mylks made with activated almonds or coconut and Medjool dates.
