  • Buyer refers to you the customer placing an order.
  • Conditions means the terms and conditions set out in this document.
  • Delivery means the delivery of any goods.
  • Goods means the articles supplied and displayed for sale on the website.

The contents must not be used for commercial purposes or incorporated in any publication in any form. All orders for goods shall be subject to these conditions. Any variation of these conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by Presscription. You agree that all communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. We must receive full cleared payment for an order before we dispatch the goods. You can pay using any major credit or debit card. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we won’t be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at current rates except for wholesale orders, which are exclusive of VAT. All prices shown are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the goods ordered and delivery charges as set out in the delivery and returns section of our website. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if there is a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. No contract will be formed unless and until Presscription accepts the buyers order. Acceptance will be deemed to have occurred when Presscription sends a confirmatory email to the buyer, or if earlier Presscription dispatches the goods. If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. Our cancellation and refund procedures are set out below.

All cancellations must be received no less than two working days before your start date or date of delivery. Cancellations may be made via email, Cancellations shall be taken to include postponement of a booking to a different date and changing the type of programme booked or the number of participants.

No refunds will be made after a cleanse programme has started or goods have been delivered. Exceptionally, refund requests due to medical issues may be considered at our discretion, based on written proof of condition from your GP. Quantity and description of services and goods We endeavour to keep our website as up to date and correct as possible, however descriptions of goods and prices appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place your order. We cannot accept any liability for inconvenience or loss whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Delivery of juices can be split into different days. We specify the method and address for delivery when you make your order. You need to make sure that we have full and detailed instructions for your delivery address and that you must be available to accept the goods during our delivery times given. Risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the buyer on delivery. If you do require any information regarding your order(s) please read our delivery information page of our website. Often deliveries can arrive outside of the scheduled delivery times, due to circumstances out of our control. In these instances, at our discretion we may waive the delivery fee. Once goods are accepted by the customer the sale is finalised and no refunds will be made. 


Please note: If you have any health conditions or concerns of any kind, you are responsible for checking with your GP before purchasing any Presscription products. We are not nutritionists and do not claim to give medical advice or make health claims about our products.

Specific health or dietary requirements or objectives cannot be guaranteed. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific dietary needs and may refer you to your GP. There is no substitute for a private consultation with a qualified nutritionist, naturopath or other health professional to discuss your individual requirements. Please contact us if you would like a recommendation for a suitable professional. Presscription’s products may not be suitable for everyone. Our unpasteurized juices may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, the elderly and persons with weakened immune systems. If you have any concern, you are taking specific medication or have a medical condition please check with your doctor first. We regret that we are unable to deliver to those who have allergies that result in anaphylactic shock or diabetics who are insulin dependent.

Presscription products are made in a kitchen that contains nuts. In ordering from us you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for any reaction that you may have to nuts or any other ingredient. If you do have a nut allergy you need to contact us in writing. If you have specific dietary requirements you may contact us to discuss these. We may be able to accommodate your requirements in whole or in part at our discretion on a case-by-case basis however, we shall not be responsible in any way for failure to meet your requirements.


It is your responsibility to check the goods upon delivery and let us know immediately if there is anything wrong. You must inspect your package as soon as possible after you have received it and notify us promptly if you find any defects by calling or emailing us at If you do not let us know on the delivery day of any such problems you will be deemed to have accepted the package and we will not refund or replace any item. In the case of a late delivery, you must call or email to inform us by 1pm on your start date, at the latest, if you have not received your package. After this time you will be deemed to have received and accepted the package and we will not refund or replace any item. All our products have a 3-day shelf-life.
