Presscription delivers juice cleanses across London the evening before you start, between 7pm and 10pm. Every bottle is cold-pressed to order, never pasteurised and packed in glass, with recipes around 80% vegetables and designed by our nutritionist, Grace Kingswell. Pick a start date from Monday to Friday at checkout. Cleanses start from £65 for one day.

How London delivery works

London gets its own evening service, so your cleanse is in the fridge before you go to bed and ready the moment you wake up.

  • Delivery window: 7pm to 10pm, the evening before your start date.
  • Delivery days: Sunday to Thursday evenings, for cleanses starting Monday to Friday.
  • Order cut-off: we need one working day's notice. The calendar at checkout only shows start dates we can still make, starting two days from the day you order.
  • Postcodes covered: all of central and inner London (E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC), plus much of Greater London, including BR, CR, EN, HA, IG, RM, SM, TW and UB, and parts of DA, KT and WD. Enter your postcode at checkout and it will confirm London evening delivery straight away.
  • Longer cleanses: fresh, raw juice keeps for three days, so 5 and 7 day cleanses arrive in more than one box. The checkout shows exactly when each box lands. 7 day cleanses are London only.

What a cleanse day looks like

Each day of a juice cleanse is 6 large 500ml bottles plus 2 x 30ml booster shots. The bottles are numbered, so you simply drink them in order. On the Weight Loss cleanse, one large bottle is swapped for two functional teas. Here is a typical Signature day:

  1. 9.30am: Green Revive (cucumber, celery, apple, romaine, lemon, ginger, cayenne)
  2. 11.30am: Amber Boost (alkaline water, lemon, lime, red chilli, coconut blossom nectar), then the Anti shot
  3. 1.30pm: Orange Tonic (carrot, sweet potato, apple, lemon, flax oil, maca)
  4. 3.30pm: Red Remedy (beetroot, cucumber, carrot, celery, ginger, lemon), then the Energise shot
  5. 5.30pm: Green Elixir (cucumber, kale, spinach, celery, romaine, pear)
  6. 7.30pm: Milk Make-Well (activated almonds, medjool dates, sea salt, vanilla)

Start each morning with warm water and lemon, keep drinking water between bottles, and keep everything in the fridge. Heading out? Take an ice pack. You can leave a note at checkout if you would rather skip fruit or ginger.

What time does delivery arrive?

In London, between 7pm and 10pm the evening before your start date, Sunday to Thursday. Outside London, before 10:30am on your start day.

Can I start any day?

In London you can start any weekday, Monday to Friday, with one working day's notice. Pick your date on the calendar at checkout. Outside London, starts run Tuesday to Friday.

How long does the juice keep?

Three days in the fridge below 4°C. Because it is raw and never pasteurised, cleanses longer than three days come in more than one delivery.

How many juices do I drink a day?

Six large 500ml bottles and two booster shots, numbered in order, roughly every two hours from about 9.30am. The Weight Loss cleanse swaps one bottle for two functional teas.
