Remember, it is always possible to indulge whilst staying healthy!
Here's what you can do:
Soups and Stews
- An easy way to get in more fiber. We recommend increasing your intake of cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower and brussel sprouts but remember to rotate and vary your veggies! Eat the rainbow!
- You will probably find that there is a decreased supply of organic fruit in the winter. You would be happy to hear that the winter time is prime time for citrus fruits to shine! Oranges are a great, healthy snack to have around.
Get in Protein
- Whether it be by adding protein into your soup, or increasing your intake of nut mylk, protein will help keep you satisfied and satiated. It will stop you from all of that constant snacking that you can't seem to get rid of!
